Where renewal revenue stands, what is exposed, and what to do about it first.
Renewals by month, next 12 months
ARR by contract end date. Amber has no opportunity against it yet.
What the data says
Worked out from the loaded records by fixed rules, most urgent first.
Open pipeline by stage
The accounts that need a person this week, in the order to work them. Everything not listed here is on track.
Renewals
Every renewal from 90 days back to 12 months ahead, where it stands, and what happened to the ones that closed. Select a status or month to narrow the list.
| Account | Ends | Yearly value | Status | Next step | Last contact | Owner | Health |
|---|
Retention so far
Counted on the contract end date, not the close date: what is due this quarter and how much of it is safe.
Forecast call
Moved since last week
| Account | Ends | Renewing ARR | Forecast | Stage | Category | Health | Next step |
|---|
An increase only applies if the customer is told in time. This plans each notice against its deadline and shows what is lost when one is missed.
| Account | Ends | Notice by | Current ARR | Contract cap | Increase % | New ARR | Status |
|---|
Contract register
| Account | Product | Start | End | Renews | Notice | Increase cap | ARR | CSM | Status |
|---|
Activity
Log what happened with a customer by typing or speaking. The latest contact feeds the weekly queue, account health and the forecast.
Load the Salesforce report
Takes a Salesforce opportunity pipeline report as .xlsx, .csv or tab-separated text. The title and filter rows above the headers are skipped. The file is read in this browser and goes nowhere else. Select this year's and last year's reports together to see the renewals due now: a contract won last year renews this year.
With names replaced, opportunity names, opportunity IDs and the free-text step notes are replaced as well, since those can contain a customer's name.
What the report does not contain
The pipeline report lists opportunities, not contracts. Until these fields are added to the export, the tool estimates them and marks them as estimated.
- Contract end dateEstimated as 12 months after the last win or price increase
- Auto-renew flagAssumed yes
- Notice periodAssumed 30 days
- Price increase capUnknown
- Platform usageHealth uses last activity only
